Abstract

Este trabajo investiga la relación entre el desempeño de los ADR’s colombianos en Estados Unidos y las acciones de sus emisores en Colombia, desde la fecha de inscripción hasta el 31de agosto de 2010. En consecuencia con los resultados reportados, el estudio no encuentra una relación estadísticamente significativa entre el comportamiento de los títulos en el mercado local y los American Depositary Receipts (ADR). Esto sugiere que el desempeño de ambos títulos es independiente.
