Introductión: Recent studies have demonstrated the usefulness of the application of the Convergent Systemic Approach to Quality (ESCC) method in productive enterprises.
Objetive: Propose a systemic method to improve the elaboration processes of gamified products in a video game developer company, based on the ESCC working method. This tool aims to improve the quality of the products developed taking into account mainly the technical requirements of the product, without neglecting the needs and expectations of the customers.
Method: In this respect, a qualitative-quantitative research was carried out, through unstructured interviews and a documentary review in high impact databases. Likewise, the twelve steps of the Convergent Systemic Approach to Quality were carried out, from primary sources of information in order to improve results within the context of intervention.
Results: As a result of the application of the method, it was possible to identify the critical activities of the administrative area, which guarantee the fulfillment of the needs of the clients in the elaboration of the video games
Conclusion: Finally, the implementation of the Convergent Systemic Approach to Quality facilitates the control and dynamism of the processes developed within the company for the production of video games; by promoting a systemic quality approach from process management, filling customer needs.
