Abstract

The 235 bipolar adjectives coming from Mexico, Bolivia, Ecuador and Peru were submitted to the content validi-ty technique and to the reliability method of test-retest. Nine of them were applied to measure the meaning of the hieroglyphic inscriptions and figures of the lintel 24 of Yaxchilan displayed in the British Museum.
