Abstract

The objective of this research is to identify ways of tech-nological learning at the University of La Guajira - Co-lombia. According to the points, this research responds to the descriptive model, aimed at systematically de-tailing the features of varying technological learning pathways. The average was 3.6 indicating accordance with the scale dispersion level was high, representing the variable mentioned, while the standard deviation was 0, 9 which shows that there is a low dispersion of responses provided. It can be concluded that the types of technological learning pathways are through learn-ing by doing, often adapting new products to increase productivity of the institution. Moreover it can be seen that the development of other types takes little institu-tional and informal way.
