The present is a reflective work aimed to analyze the arrangement of inclusive labor related to the discourse of mental health, therefore, a path that has allowed researches to find the significant changes with regard not only to the production but also to the individual was carried out; in other words during this research project it can be illustrated that as well the issue of labor as production are inherent to the human condition by con-structing significant and permanent conditions and ac-tual which human beings are essential components from their whole dimensions. Moreover, labor and production are regarded as psychological issues through which hu-man beings have found as self-recognition as social, be-sides the mention features turned into fictitious situa-tions addressed to dangerous situations due to these are not authentic; by contrast productivity has been recog-nized as a measure of efficiency able to create and gener-ate positive outcomes.
