Abstract

The present article research product aims to present the results on the analysis of the inventory of
heritage properties in the area of public market pipes (Race 40 to race 46) on the eastern edge of
it (street 10) - in the Barranquillita sector of the city of Barranquilla, according to the intervention
projects of the Ujueta squares and the Intendencia Fluvial building, supported by concepts and
guidelines established in the international documents on architectural heritage, and in Colombian
regulations, and plans Established in the Development Plan of the city of Barranquilla
