Abstract

El ordenamiento constitucional marca los parámetros que apoyados en el estado de derecho deben orientar el actuar de las instituciones y la sociedad, es así como en la fase evolutiva de la organización estatal se encuentra el Estado Social de Derecho concepto que reúne unos aspectos significativos para alcanzar el bienestar general.
