It is for this reason that this article sets out to analyze how the dynamic capacities of the dairy sector in the department of Córdoba can be a source of competitive advantage in the face of the challenges of international markets. This research has a descriptive -analytical approach, and relies on secondary sources consulted in the database and on the documentary analysis of studies carried out at the national and local level. The productive chain of the dairy sector of Cordoba, show a high rating, and in the case of the provision of goods and services and industry, these showed lower ratings.
