Abstract

El artículo “Grupitis” es una reflexión que se generó a partir de los estudios del profesor Irvin L. Janis y de su artículo “Groupthink”*, a partir del cual el autor describió algunas características de los grupos sociales, sus actitudes y normas de comportamiento, y analizó el fenómeno en el que los miembros de un grupo experimentan presión social frente a sus líderes del grupo. Igualmente mostró los síntomas más representativos de la denominada “Grupitis” y mencionó diferentes estrategias para contrarrestarla.
