Resilient resources of therapists in training

In this study, first some general considerations on the resilient resources therapists in training are analyzed, to frame the issue from the dri-vers of change, own styles and phases of pro-fessional development. Subsequently described qualitatively methodological aspects and its corresponding analysis results regarding the difficulties, resources and profile qualities of therapists in training. Finally the main con-clusions are formulated from the framework of resilience.
