Proposal for school coexistence through workshops for the prevention of school violence with a gender perspective

Abstract

A school life involves not only the development of harmonious interpersonal skills but also common objectives around nonviolent and equality between men and women behaviors. The overall objective of this research was to identify the attitudes of 460 students in the fourth semester of the career of Psychology, Faculty of Education Iztacala (UNAM) on bullying through workshops with a gender pers-pective and applying a pretest questionnaire - post-test containing 5 questions related to bullying made in Likert-type scale with responses strongly agree to strongly disagree, as proposals to improve group relations that allowed the creation of skills of respect for human rights and inter- intra gender and that contributed to the development of school learning and the optimization of comprehensive health and college students.
