Abstract

Burnout disease is considered as a set of symptoms related to existential stress of physical, psycholog-ical and emotional fatigue. This article aims to an-alyze the associated symptoms of Burnout disease by relating psychological profiles of fifteen patients in Riohacha La Guajira, so that, it was established a theoretical conceptualized review by taking into account the levels of this syndrome as variables that have influenced it. This research was carried out from reliable basis in other words, nor experi-mental foundations, transactional or random. The questionnaire of physical symptoms of stress MBI designed by Maslach, Jackson & Leiter 1986 as well psychological assessment questionnaire 16 PF designed by Cattell & Mead (2008) were used, together with an interview process diagnosed. Obtained results of profiles can be concluded that symptoms of Burnout are related to character-istic traits of personalities in highly vulnerable patients. Furthermore results allowed to analyze symptoms of the mentioned syndrome with psycho-logical profiles in order to develop future interven-tion programs for these patients.
