Abstract

This article proposes the use of Job Safety Analysis to evaluate the biomechanical risk in goods movement activities with forklifts carried out in a logistics company. This study will allow detailing the worker’s movements and measuring the biomechanical risk level through a hologram, which is an alternative that will allow for developing reliable operations and integrally managing security with preventive actions. An experimental methodology was used to validate its functionality, through ergonomic evaluation of the job through the REBA method, where a result of 7 was obtained, which shows a medium level of risk with intervention and necessary analysis, said result suggests an exhaustive review of the individual cells obtained for the different parts of the body, as well as for the forces, grip, and activity; to determine the necessary corrections, which would include a redesign of the position or introduction of changes to improve certain critical postures, also reassess said changes to check the effectiveness of the improvement.
