Abstract

The objective of this paper is to identify and propose alternative solutions to problems related to efficiency, costs, methods, organization, working conditions and flow of operations in organizations. To comply with this, a man-machine diagram was carried out, which was developed based on a video where an operator is observed together with grinding machines, three work cycles are detected and observations are recorded in a format established in order to analyze the results and make decisions for the improvement of the processes.
