"Reborn in Concrete" documents the social complexity of a community of displaced people, which was benefited in a social housing project located in the center of the city of Bogotá. This documentary series presents a series of images that give an account of the current reality in the way the government is promoting social housing, thinking about the displaced, and this strategy may be the beginning of a positive variety of urban phenomena associated with the eve Of postconflict in Colombia.
