En el presente trabajo se realiza un estudio crítico sobre un caso, en que era posible reconocerle una defensa putativa a una mujer que disparó en contra de un taxista, al pensar erróneamente que estaba siendo objeto de un ataque en contra de su integridad de mayor intensidad de lo que realmente ocurría
