Abstract

Significantly, Britain and Israel have no reason written by the constitutional law of these countries is based on customary law, drawing the conclusion that the Anglo-Saxon  countries  the  practice  is  the  second  major  source  of  law  Constitution obviously keeping a wide distance is the main source of law.
