Law and peace in Cauca department facing the agreement between the Government and the FARC-EP

A study of the different applicable normativity in Cauca Department was performed by the author in this article, Special indigenous jurisdiction, protection legislation for Afro-descendant communities and ordinary justice to establish their articulation with the national legal framework for peace. In this socio-legal research through the qualitative method of interviews and documentary and quantitative analysis, it is possible to conclude the existence of legal collisions between the applicable norms in Cauca Department towards the national legal framework for peace. Concluding that the implementation of the agreement between the Government of Colombia and the FARC-EP in Cauca Department must be in harmony with the applicable regulations and communities that inhabit this Department.
